When we made the decision to build our dream home on the water in Land O Lakes, we began to look for the perfect builder. We attended one parade of homes event after another. We found many fine builders and several with hidden costs and quality issues. We found it took a great deal of homework to be sure we were getting what we thought we were being sold.
